Tammy L. Hall is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional People Leader for the East Region at GHD since September 2023, Tammy has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for People Programs and Diversity & Inclusion at IHI Power Services Corp. from April 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Tammy was the Regional Human Resource Business Partner at NRG Energy between June 2008 and January 2019, and served as the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity at Erie County Water Authority from August 2000 to July 2008. Tammy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, both from Medaille University.
