Enrique Garcia has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the rail and transit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for the City of Ottawa since November 2021, Enrique is involved in the Rail Construction Program. Prior to this role, Enrique worked at Tiree as a Senior Project Manager for Global Affairs Canada and at SNC-Lavalin as a Project Engineer focusing on claims and disputes for major transit projects, including the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and Trillium Line Expansion. Enrique's earlier tenure at SNC-Lavalin also included roles as a Rail & Transit Engineer and contributions to significant projects such as the Ottawa LRT. Enrique's professional journey began with internships and analyst positions, supported by a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
