Maddeleen Dam has extensive experience in management within the healthcare sector, particularly in youth psychiatry and social services. Currently serving as Manager Bedrijfsvoering Jeugd DWO en NWN at GGZ Delfland since November 2015, Maddeleen previously held managerial roles at De Jutters, where oversight was provided for a diverse team of approximately 80 staff members in neuropsychiatric treatment. Prior experience includes heading the residential care department at Koninklijke Kentalis, leading a medical kindergarten at Stichting Jeugdhulpverlening Delft, and roles in various capacities at Juliana Kinderziekenhuis. Educational qualifications include a recent completion at Erasmus Centrum voor Zorgbestuur, along with degrees in non-profit management, social work, and residential care.
