Paolo M. is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Major Projects Technical Quality Manager at QatarEnergy LNG since August 2023, Paolo has previously held significant roles including Quality Director for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project at Air Products, and various positions at Fluor Corporation, such as Director of Quality Operations and Project Quality Manager. Earlier in the career, Paolo worked at Saipem as Project QAQC Manager, and contributed to technical management at GEOLOG International. Additional experiences include serving as Project Quality Manager at Rosetti Marino Group and as Data Logging Engineer at Geoservices, a Schlumberger company. The foundation of Paolo's expertise was built at W. R. Grace & Co. as a Technical Support Engineer.
