Ingrid Hoogma has been an integral part of GGD Fryslân since 2005, serving as a coordinator for Integrale Vroeghulp and taking on the role of Jeugdarts KNMG. From 2009 to the present, Ingrid Hoogma has held the position of stafarts for the GGD Fryslân regio Zuidoost. Ingrid Hoogma's educational background includes studies at st.
