Grace Jackson is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in customer service and store management. Currently serving as the Assistant Store Experience Lead at YETI since April 2022, Grace previously held positions at Kendra Scott, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager and Key Holder from June 2019 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Supervisor and Sales Associate at Michael Kors from May 2015 to June 2019, as well as Sales Associate positions at Hollister Co. from June 2013 to December 2016. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Texas State University, attended from 2017 to 2019, and previously studied at Austin Community College from 2014 to 2016.
