Kate Jarvis has over 25 years of experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Head of People at GFM since August 2014, Kate previously held the role of Business Manager at Oaks Hospital for one year and spent a decade as Team Leader at Essex County Council. Early in their career, Kate worked as an Administrator at Royal London Insurance for nearly nine years. Kate holds CIPD qualifications and has completed the Advanced Payroll Technician program from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. Additionally, Kate has pursued education at Colchester Institute and The Open University.
