Matthew Elmore, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager at Universal Engineering Sciences since January 2021, overseeing the Fort Myers Branch and contributing to the Construction Services and Geotechnical Engineering Departments. Previously, Matthew held the role of Engineering Services Manager at GFA International, Inc. from April 2019, and served as Assistant Branch Manager/Project Engineer at Ardaman & Associates from July 2015 to March 2019, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing and Inspection.
