Inbal Leibovich-Cohen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Global HRBP at Gett since August 2023, Inbal engages as a strategic partner to the leadership team and enhances team management capabilities. Previously, as Global Head of HR at HUB Security, Inbal oversaw recruitment and supported the employee lifecycle in Israel and Europe. Early career roles include Global Operations Manager at HUB Security, Head of Human Resources at FinYX, and HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Lacoon Mobile Security, where Inbal established HR infrastructures and processes from the ground up. Inbal's foundation in talent acquisition was further strengthened as Talent Acquisition Manager at Malam and as Manager of the Service and Support Center at Gilat Satellite Networks. Inbal holds an M.A in Organizational Consulting & Development from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a B.A in Psychology & Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
