Andrew Grocholski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2003, they founded Maverick Poker Table Co., a prominent custom poker table company in Quebec. Andrew also served as the Destination Representative & Campus Manager at Breakaway Tours, a leading Canadian student leisure tour operator.
Andrew later transitioned into the technology sector, working as an Account Manager at CDW, a provider of technology solutions. Andrew then became the Corporate Sales Manager at Cirrus Tech Ltd., one of Canada's largest hosted services companies.
From there, Andrew held various sales and business development roles at Firmex, an organization specializing in secure document sharing and collaboration. Andrew served as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, and Senior Sales Executive, primarily catering to the legal sector.
Andrew's next endeavor was at Merrill DataSite, where they worked as a Regional Director. Merrill DataSite offers a virtual data room solution for secure and efficient business transactions.
Andrew then joined Agreement Express Inc. as an Account Executive, contributing to the development of onboarding automation software for the financial services industry.
Andrew continued to excel in the technology field and became the Head of Product Sales at Docebo, a cloud e-learning solutions provider. Andrew later transitioned to the role of Senior Account Executive, focusing on enterprise business.
Most recently, Andrew joined Cognota as a Senior Account Executive. Cognota offers an operations platform for learning and development, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of L&D teams.
Additionally, Andrew is an active member of the Toronto Chapter at Pavilion, a community-centric organization.
Andrew Grocholski attended Loyola High School from 1991 to 1996. Andrew then pursued higher education at Concordia University from 2001 to 2003, studying commerce. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained the "Managing Your Sales Process," "Sales Management Foundations," and "Transitioning to Management for Salespeople" certifications from Lynda.com in January 2018. Andrew also received the Docebo Certification from Docebo in January 2016.
