Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Shally advises on recruitment strategies within advanced scientific fields. Previously, as Global Head of Talent Sourcing and People Analytics at LTK, Shally advanced global hiring practices and optimized team performance. Shally is also the founder and CEO of the Sourcing Institute Foundation, focusing on education for underserved communities.
