Filip Kaczmarek currently serves as Dyrektor in the Obszar Finansowy at Getin Noble Bank S.A. since December 2019. Prior to this, Filip held various senior management roles at Idea Bank and ING Bank Śląski from 2002 to 2019, including overseeing Treasury and Financial Markets departments, managing transaction banking sales, and coordinating compliance with regulatory standards. Filip has a strong academic background with a Doctorate in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, an MBA in International Business from Linköping University, and a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
