Thomas Martinez-Blair is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food delivery and logistics sectors. Currently, Thomas serves as the Director of Operations at GetHarley since May 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Deliveroo, including Director of Global Operations, Performance, Planning and Strategy, and Director of Expansion and Insights, Hop & Grocery, from September 2021 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes operational roles at Dija and numerous positions at Deliveroo, starting as a Rider Operations Associate in February 2016 and advancing to roles such as Global Head of Care Policy & Automation and Consumer Strategy. Thomas began the professional journey with a policy internship at The Scottish Parliament in June 2013. Educationally, Thomas obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, following secondary education at Stewart's Melville College.
