Sen X. is a seasoned expert in fraud management and risk analytics with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Fraud at Flex since August 2022, Sen X. oversees risk analytics, loss forecasting, financial reporting, chargeback management, and the implementation of a fraud policy and automation detection system. Prior to this role, Sen X. was a Senior Manager in Advanced Analytics at Walmart Global Tech, where responsibilities included managing marketplace chargebacks and developing fraud recovery processes. At Wish, Sen X. advanced through multiple roles including Senior Manager of Data Science, successfully building fraud detection systems and collaborating with various departments to enhance risk management strategies. Sen X. holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Fudan University.
