Johaan Abraham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2016, they gained legal experience as a Summer Legal Intern at Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International. Johaan also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Chin Refugee Learning Center, where they developed learning methodologies and taught English to refugee children. Johaan later worked as a Strategy Intern at Zenith, a division of Publicis, where they conducted market research and evaluated data to optimize brand recall and awareness. In 2019, Johaan worked as a Program Assistant at New York University and a Market Research Assistant at Forbes. At Forbes, their research was published, and they contributed to a mobile app marketing plan. Johaan also worked as a Project Researcher at UNICEF, where they conducted research, produced digital content, and made data-driven media recommendations for the Global Development Commons project. Most recently, they worked as a Consultant at Lubin Lawrence Inc., where they contributed to growth strategy consulting projects. Johaan is currently working as an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Zmags.

Johaan Abraham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Media and Business Studies from New York University. Johaan also pursued a Minor in Business Studies (CAS) from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their A-levels at Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar (KTJ) and attained SPM (IGCSE & GCE qualifications) from Wesley Methodist School.

In terms of additional certifications, Johaan obtained a Google Ads Certification from Google in 2022. Johaan also completed a course on The Future of E-Commerce by Bloomreach in March 2022. Furthermore, they hold an LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts from LCCI International Qualifications. Johaan also successfully passed the Law National Aptitude Test administered by Pearson VUE.
