Bhavesh Patil is an experienced engineer and machine learning specialist currently serving as the Founding AI Engineer at getcrux since March 2024, focusing on building a decision-making AI copilot. Prior to this role, Bhavesh worked at Deutsche Bank where contributions included developing a smart CRM platform, implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation with open-source LLMs, and creating automated tools for HR and compliance. Bhavesh's earlier experiences encompass positions at Sony Research India as a Research Intern, Augle AI as a Machine Learning & Systems Engineer, and MyGlamm as a Data Science Intern, among others. Educationally, Bhavesh holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2023.
