Courtney Glover currently serves as the Head of People at Clair and as an Advisor at 4Ys Partners. Previously, Courtney was the Head of People and Compliance at Origin Protocol, where responsibilities included pioneering the People function and overseeing regulatory compliance for a global team. At RECUR, Courtney worked as the Director of People Operations, promoting remote-first best practices in a rapidly growing Web3 startup. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at MAXIMUS, National Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator at The Princeton Review, and various positions focused on employment services for veterans. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law and Family Studies from Central Michigan University.
