Sufi Grach has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Sufi started their career in 2000 as an IT Support Administrator at Weathered Howe/Hyder Consulting, where they were responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems, providing technical support, and solving hardware and software issues. In 2006, they moved to Zarcus Ltd as an IT Analyst.

In 2007, Sufi became an IT Manager at ADG Consulting Engineers, where they managed support and IT infrastructure for offices in multiple locations. Sufi implemented system plans, procedures, and policies to strengthen the company's IT posture.

In 2010, they joined Yeats Consulting as an IT Manager, where they were responsible for corporate and local office systems, implementing solutions based on business feedback. After Yeats Consulting was acquired by Sedgman Pty Limited, Sufi became a Senior System Administrator, working remotely to deliver IT projects and provide technical server support globally.

Most recently, Sufi has been working at AbacusNext since 2017. Sufi started as an IT Manager, overseeing internal IT operations and ensuring the stability of the organization's IT infrastructure. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director of IT.

Sufi Grach obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Griffith University - Gold Coast from 2000 to 2003. Sufi also completed a Certificate IV in Project Management from Franklyn Scholar in 2014-2015. Additionally, they obtained an MCSA certification from Microsoft in 2004.
