Nick Gibson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Nick started their career as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Delaware North in 2010, where they assisted in managing restaurant, catering, and employee operations. In 2010, they also worked as an intern at Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo, organizing and assisting in the operation of the sales office.
In 2011, Nick interned as a Butler at The Mansion on Delaware Avenue and as a Front Desk Intern at Villa d'Este, a 5-star Leading Hotels of the World property in Italy. In these roles, they gained experience in guest services, room orientations, and property tours.
Nick joined Priceline in 2013, where they initially served as a Hotel Rate Coordinator, responsible for coordinating hotel rates. Nick later became a Market Manager, overseeing market development and revenue growth. In 2016, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Sales Manager, where they managed sales operations until 2018.
At Priceline, starting in December 2018, Nick took on the role of Market Development Manager, focusing on building relationships, gaining hotel supply, and growing revenues in the South West US. Nick provided strategic revenue pricing recommendations and advised on market trends.
Throughout their work experience, Nick has developed strong skills in sales, market development, relationship building, revenue management, and guest services.
Nick Gibson attended Niagara University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Planning and Control.
