Jérémie Taffon's work experience includes positions at several companies. Jérémie started working at Airbus in 2013 as a Worker Internship, where they performed mechanical assembly tasks and assisted a production engineer. In 2014, they worked as a Temporary Worker at La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée, classifying cartographic data and creating tutorials for new software. Jérémie then interned at SNCF as a Methods Engineer, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing practices and reorganized workstations. In 2016, they worked as an Engineer Design intern at Automation Machine Design, where they participated in new project brainstorming, created 3D drawings, and determined project budgets. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at QIMA, first as a Project Leader intern, managing production inspections and Cambodian inspectors, and later as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operations in various countries in Asia. Currently, they are employed at Pony as the Head of Operations.

Jérémie Taffon attended INSA Rennes from 2013 to 2017, focusing on Mechanics and Automation. In 2016, they also took part in an academic exchange program at Luleå University of Technology, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
