Software Quality Control Team Lead at GET Group Holdings

Wessam Shaheen's work experience begins in 2006, where they completed training at ENPPI Petroleum Services and Modern telecom system. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Engineer at BDR - Industrial Services company and then received training at Alcatel-Lucent. Wessam then worked as a telesales Representative at Ameco Tech (American call center), where they managed existing clients and made outbound sales calls. From 2011 to 2015, they held the role of Senior Technical Support - Call Center Representative at LINKdotNET, troubleshooting PC, modem, and wireless connectivity problems. At Orange, they served as a senior ADSL support technician during the same time frame. In 2015, they completed a scholarship training program at egabi Solutions. In 2016, Wessam joined GET Group Holdings Ltd. as a Software Quality Engineer, responsible for testing software functionality, executing test cases, and investigating defects. Wessam held the role until 2019 when they were promoted to Senior Software Quality Control Engineer, focusing on software quality control and bug tracking. Currently, in 2022, Wessam serves as a Software Quality Control Team Lead at GET Group, leading a team of QC engineers, defining test methods, and mitigating risks.

Wessam Shaheen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Departement from the Telecommunications and Electronics Departement at El Sherouk Academy from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, Wessam attended Yossef El Sebaie High School, although the duration of the education is unknown.
