Mostafa Awaad started their work experience in 2016 as a Second level technical support engineer at TE Data, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined AZKA National for Information Technology as a Quality Control Engineer for a brief period. Later in the same year, they joined GET Group Holdings Ltd. as a Quality Control Engineer. Mostafa's role at GET Group Holdings Ltd. continued until at least October 2021.

Mostafa Awaad attended El Shorouk Academy from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Mostafa successfully completed their education at this institution.
