Jonathan Mindell is an experienced executive with a robust background in customer experience and organizational leadership, currently serving as an Executive Mentor at LHH and CEO for the UK & Europe at the Internal Consulting Group. Since December 2016, Jonathan has led initiatives in customer experience, while also holding key positions such as Executive Director at iCustomer and Lecturer in Career Development at Brunel University London. Additionally, Jonathan contributes to the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity as a Corporate Advisory Board Member and has held various leadership roles in notable organizations including Mercer, JLT Employee Benefits, and Wyndham Worldwide.
