Marco Castelletti is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the R&D - Technical Innovation Manager at GEROSA GROUP since January 2006. In this role, Marco has also held titles such as Innovation Manager for Packaging Technology and worked within the Packaging Technology R&D Unit. Prior to this, Marco was involved in resins and coatings development at IVM Group from April 2001 to December 2005. Marco holds a degree from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria.
