Since 2009, Serge has served as a strategic consultant at Competencia, focusing on developing managerial skills in educational institutions and enhancing collaborative intelligence among professionals. Concurrently, as a facilitator at Germe, Serge leaders management training groups aimed at balancing economic performance with human progress, impacting over 1500 managers across various regions. Additionally, since 1990, Serge has held an associate professor position at the University of Angers, specializing in quality management and human resources. Prior to these roles, Serge worked at ATMEL from 1997 to 2009 as the Human Resources Director, where responsibilities included leading a team of HR professionals, implementing innovative HR practices, and managing social relations and personnel administration for a workforce of 750.
