Fiona Haase has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Fiona began their career as a Teamassistentin at GP JOULE Gruppe in 2013. In 2016, they held the role of Work & Study at Can Do Company Support S.L. and Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at EBM Erich Büchele Maschinenbau GmbH. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Recruiting Assistant and Case Team Assistant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Fiona then moved to Hays in 2019, where they served as an Account Managerin. Most recently, they have been a Junior HR Manager and Office Manager at German Bionic since 2021.

Fiona Haase completed a degree in Wirtschaftsfachwirtin from IHK Schwaben between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Bayerische Akademie für Außenwirtschaft from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Euro-Management-Assistentin degree in Betriebswirtschaft.
