Daniel Edmonds (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Daniel started their career as an Intern Human Resources at Star Alliance in 2017, where they gained valuable experience in HR processes. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Tiro Associates Ltd, specializing in automotive and aerospace engineering recruitment.

Continuing their journey, in 2020, Daniel took on internships at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) and AWK Group, focusing on HR and recruiting.

Building on their internship experience, Daniel worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Buro Happold in 2021, further honing their HR skills and responsibilities.

Currently, Daniel is working as a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at OptioPay Group since August 2022. This role allows him to apply their knowledge and expertise in acquiring talent for the organization.

Throughout their career, Daniel has shown a consistent interest in the field of HR and has progressively developed their skills and knowledge in various HR roles.

Daniel Edmonds (Assoc. CIPD) began their education at Zurich International School, where they completed their high school education from 2006 to 2010, focusing on the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Daniel then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Calvin College, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, from 2012 to 2015. During this period, they majored in Psychology and chose Business/International Relations as their minor subjects.

Building upon their undergraduate studies, Daniel Edmonds completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (CIPD) at the University of Kent from 2018 to 2019, achieving a 2.1 grade.
