Noémia Fernandes is a skilled research technician with experience at the DZNE - German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases since 2016 and previously at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciencia from January 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included creating tools for plasmid construction and mutagenesis. Noémia's academic background includes a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2013, and a Licentiate degree in Genetics and Biotechnology from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, obtained in 2011.
