Daniel Mieves has worked in various roles in the marketing and journalism fields since 1999. In 1999, they began their career as a Trainee at Publishing House Lensing-Wolff. From 2001-2002, they were an Editor at Mönstersche Zeitung and Mönsterländische Volkszeitung. In 2003, they worked as a Freelance Journalist. From 2004-2009, they were a Head of Marketing and eCommerce, Marketing Manager, and Senior Webshop Manager at TerraTec Electronic GmbH, RITOS GmbH / OSRAM, and Aupeo GmbH, respectively. From 2013-2016, they were a Senior Manager Digital Marketing at cybex GmbH, Director Marketing at M&H Group, and Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Marketing at German Autolabs.
Daniel Mieves studied at Arnold Janssen Grammar School from 1987 to 1995, where they obtained their A-Level (Abitur). Daniel then attended Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster from 1995 to 1999, where they completed studies, but did not receive a degree.
