Fernando Soto Serdio is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology transfer, financial inclusion, and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nagare, Fernando focuses on bridging Japanese technology with markets in Latin America and Europe. Concurrently, Fernando is a StartUp Mentor for Latin America at German Accelerator. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Latin America at Prosperas, where the mission was to enhance credit accessibility for marginalized consumers. Fernando also held senior positions at DTS Autoservicio, the Ministry of Economy in Chile, and Fraunhofer FIT, significantly contributing to product strategy, digitalization for SMEs, and research initiatives. As a co-founder of Suika, Fernando launched over 120 applications, establishing a notable presence in the South American tech industry.
