Holly Cook has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Holly started their career as a Telephone Rep and Senior Telephone Rep at Gerber Life Insurance Company in October 2003 and worked there until January 2008. After that, they served as an Adherence Unit Leader from January 2008 to January 2011. From January 2011 to September 2015, they worked as a Contact Center Supervisor, Advanced Customer Care, and then as a Supervisor, Underwriting Tele-Services from September 2015 to November 2019. In November 2019, Holly took on the role of Optimization Manager, Contact Center at Gerber Life Insurance Company, where they are responsible for leading teams and optimizing various processes.

In addition to their work at Gerber Life Insurance Company, Holly also has experience as a Senior Ruby Ambassador at Independent Distributor for Plexus World Wide from April 2014 to April 2015, and as a Pre-School Teacher at Small Impressions Child Care from January 2001 to October 2003.

Holly Cook attended Newaygo High School but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Holly then went on to attend Baker College, again without obtaining a degree or specifying a field of study. Later, Holly Cook obtained the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) certification from LOMA, although the specific month and year of acquisition is unknown. Additionally, they obtained the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) certification from LOMA in January 2017.
