Samantha Berger is an Associate Attorney at Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP since September 2023, following experience as a Law Clerk. Prior roles include a Bankruptcy Assistance Project Legal Intern at Legal Services NYC and a Legal Services Fellow at Equal Justice America, both in 2022. Samantha served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice from July 2021 to May 2022, and held legal externships at the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor and 29Monroe Hospitality Group in 2021. Additional experience includes internships at Maccabee Ventures, Joseph & Smargiassi, LLC, and the New York State Supreme Court, as well as an internship at Sapphire Wealth Advisory Group. Educationally, Samantha earned a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law (2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Yeshiva University (2020).
