Olha Mialkivska has over 18 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of quality assurance (QA) engineering. Olha currently works at GeoZilla since 2022 as a QA Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at XCDS International Ltd from 2020 to 2022, where they were involved in testing the Collabio Spaces project, including exploratory, smoke, functional, sanity, regression, and user interface testing. Olha also tested analytics keys integration, serverless collaboration, and co-editing. Olha designed and executed test assets, logged bugs, and participated in meetings to improve the development and testing process.

Before XCDS International Ltd, Olha worked at Dobovo from 2013 to 2020 as a QA Engineer. At Dobovo, they were responsible for testing their website. Additionally, they worked at Video Internet Technologies Ltd from 2010 to 2013, initially as a Junior QA Engineer, where they worked on the Overseer Parking and Overseer Traffic projects. Later, they transitioned into the role of Technical Writer.

Earlier in their career, Olha worked at Datagroup as a Telecommunications Network Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked at RUKOM, PE as a Telecommunications Network Engineer from 2006 to 2007. Olha began their career at GRIS LLC as a System Operator from 2004 to 2006.

Olha Mialkivska obtained their Master's degree in Telecommunications engineering from the State University of Telecommunications, specializing in Telecommunication Systems and Networks. Olha attended the university from 2002 to 2008.
