Hazel Flores is an experienced professional with a strong background in product support and quality control. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Product Support Specialist at GEOTAB since October 2018, Hazel has developed expertise in leading teams and providing exceptional support services. Prior to this role, Hazel worked at MZ from February 2016 to August 2018 in various capacities, including Support Information, Quality Control Specialist, and Localization Specialist for Spanish. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Representative at Marshall Retail Group from November 2012 to February 2016. Hazel holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (2014-2020) and an Associate of Arts degree in the same field from the College of Southern Nevada (2010-2014).
