Joel Dugle is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in aerospace and defense. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, Joel leads a team of over 40 in support of multi-site manufacturing for aerospace precision and hydraulic products utilized in both commercial and military settings. Previously, Joel held quality management roles at Sargent Controls & Aerospace, B/E Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing supplier quality and customer acceptance processes. Joel's career began at AlliedSignal Aerospace as a Quality Supervisor and Chief Inspector. Education includes a Master's degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Safety from the same institution, along with various certifications in aircraft technology and air traffic control from the U.S. Army and Texas Aero Tech.
