Giacomo Grechi is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales management, currently serving as a Senior SaaS Customer Success Manager at Seerist, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio across the Nordics, UK, and Italy, achieving high retention and new business rates. Prior to this role, Giacomo held the position of Interim Head of SaaS Sales EMEA at Seerist and served as Interim Head of Sales and Consultant at Control Risks from April 2018 to August 2022. Giacomo’s career also includes experience as an Account Executive at RAINMAKER. Academically, Giacomo holds a Master’s degree in Security Studies from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Politics with International Relations from the University of York.
