Matilda Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of geoscience, research, and academia. Matilda worked as a Project Leader at MinEx CRC, where they focused on maximizing data and delivery for the National Drilling Initiative. Prior to that, they held various roles at Geoscience Australia, including Senior Scientist in the Resources Division, Director of High Performance and Science Data, Executive Officer in the Office of the Chief Scientist, and Senior Research Scientist in the Mineral Systems Group. Matilda'sresponsibilities involved leading national and regional mineral resource programs, assisting the mineral exploration industry, and conducting research on mineral systems.
