Teimuraz Gochitashvili has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as an Advisor at the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, a role held since January 2007. Previously, Teimuraz held positions as the Head of the Strategic Planning Department and the Head of the Department of Strategy, Analysis and Prospective Projects within the same organization. Teimuraz obtained a degree in Energy Engineering for the Mining Industry with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from the Georgian Polytechnic Institute, where studies were completed between 1964 and 1969.
