Toni Owens, GCPM, has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing management, currently serving as Agency Sourcing Manager 2 at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing complex RFPs and overseeing subordinate staff. Prior roles include Agency Sourcing Manager and Associate Sourcing Manager, focusing on procurement strategies and stakeholder relationships. Before this, Toni worked at the Georgia Department of Community Health in various procurement roles from November 2009 to June 2019, which involved tracking spending, managing grants, and supporting procurement processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administrative Management/Organizational Leadership from Clayton State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administrative Technology from Atlanta Technical College.
