Sharon Podobnik Peterson is an experienced education and leadership professional currently serving as an Alumni Coaching Partner at Georgetown University and an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University. Sharon is the Founder and Managing Director of The Center for Conscious Leadership and has held roles as a Leadership Coach at both Optify and EdFuel. Previous leadership experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Go Love Yourself, directing academics at City Arts + Prep Public Charter School, and coordinating STEM subjects at DC Prep. Sharon's career began with teaching positions in Miami-Dade County Public Schools and as a Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Academically, Sharon holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Education and Social Change from the University of Miami, and certificates from Harvard University and Georgetown University in School Management, Leadership, and Executive Leadership Coaching.
