Sandra Robinson is an experienced professional in organizational development and education, currently serving as adjunct faculty for the certificate program at Georgetown University since January 2009. As Principal at Vantage Growth Strategic Advisors since 2008, Sandra focuses on implementing organizational growth strategies and developing leadership talent across various sectors including government, private, and non-profit organizations. Previous roles include consultant and coach from 2008 to 2009, consultant at RWD Technologies from 2004 to 2007, and Practice Manager at Oracle Corporation from 1997 to 2003. Sandra holds an Ed.D. in education administration and organization development from American University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
