Sabrina Ling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and people strategy. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University and Founder and Principal of We, the People People, Sabrina is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in executive positions. Previous roles include Head of People at Noom and Director of Internal Career Mobility and Learning and Development at Capital One, where Sabrina established a new Internal Mobility learning function. Additional experience includes Director of People Strategy & Analytics at Deloitte and Executive Director at Los Angeles Team Mentoring, Inc. Sabrina holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA from Pomona College.
