Jeff Reid serves as a Professor of the Practice in Entrepreneurship at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and is the Founding Director of the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Initiative, a role that involves fostering entrepreneurial thinking across the university. With extensive experience, Reid has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers and the Venture Capital Investment Competition, both focused on enhancing entrepreneurship education. Previously, Reid contributed to organizations like the United States Association for Small Business & Entrepreneurship and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, promoting economic development and entrepreneurship education. Reid holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BSBA from Appalachian State University.
