Di Liu is an accomplished IT Program Manager with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently at Georgetown University since October 2016, Di Liu leads an agile technical team responsible for the GU-PASS system, facilitating grant process and financial compliance management. Previous roles include IT Business Analyst and ILM Business/Technical Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, where Di Liu successfully managed the development of a scalable Data Warehouse system and automated testing processes for various IT operations. Di Liu’s earlier experience includes software development at Rividium Inc. and a research assistantship at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Security from The PLA Information Engineering University.
