Philip Kirstein currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for George Street Playhouse since March 2020 and is a Senior Officer at Riclaw since January 2018. Prior experience includes a Senior Officer role at AllianceBernstein from October 2004 to December 2017 and General Counsel for Merrill Lynch Asset Management from May 1984 to March 2003. Early career experience includes an Associate position at Townley & Updike from July 1974 to July 1980. Philip holds an LL.M in tax from New York University School of Law and a JD from Syracuse University College of Law. Additional education includes an AB degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
