L'Lorenzo Seabrook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at George Mason University since April 2023, L'Lorenzo supports professionals in their career development through the Office of Continuing and Professional Education. L'Lorenzo also works as an Executive Team Coach at LEADZ and as a Leadership Coach at LDSS INC, while contributing to the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and previously to the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business as an Executive Leadership Coach. L'Lorenzo's career began in the US Army, where service spanned from July 1990 to October 2020, culminating in the rank of Sergeant Major. L'Lorenzo's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Liberty University, along with advanced certifications and degrees in leadership, business administration, and human resource management from various institutions.
