Lizette Rodriguez is currently an Executive Assistant at the George & Barbara Bush Foundation. Prior to that, they were an Administrative Coordinator at Texas A&M University from June 2019 to January 2020. There, they provided administrative support for the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies, coordinated the move from the Jack K. Williams building to Nagle Hall, assisted in the preparation and organization of the Ph.D. Commencement ceremony, represented OGAPS in UniCAS admissions portal discussions with other departments at Texas A&M, acted as the point of contact between HRPR and the department, created job postings as needed and worked through the process from posting to hire, achieved financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, and analyzing expenditures and variances. Lizette was also a member of the Climate and Engagement Committee, where they organized monthly birthday celebrations and prepared team building activities for Staff Meetings. Before that, Lizette was a Staff Writer at SB Nation from January 2018 to December 2019.
Lizette Rodriguez studied anthropology at Texas A&M University, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Lizette then went on to earn their master's degree in anthropology from Texas Tech University. Lizette also has an associate's degree in human biology from South Texas College. In addition, they have certification from Blackbaud in Blakbaud Certification in Altru Fundamentals, and certification from LinkedIn in both Rules for Rising Leaders and Word 2019 Essential Training.
