Chris Howard is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global HR operations and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Operations & HR Digitalisation at Georg Fischer since September 2023, Chris has previously held key positions, including HCM Transformation at Deloitte and Global HCM Program Lead at Novartis. Additional roles include Head of HCM Transformation at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund and Global HR Program Manager at Credit Suisse. Earlier experiences include positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where Chris was involved in global business transformation and operational performance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies with languages from Sheffield Hallam University and further education from the University of St.Gallen.
