Chris Gardner's work experience begins with their current role as the Chief Technology Officer at Geoforce since October 2021. Geoforce is a company that provides operational intelligence to field operation companies using technology.

Prior to their current role, from 2020 to 2023, Chris worked at RocketDocs as a Board Member and Technical Advisor. RocketDocs is an integrated SaaS sales enablement platform that helps clients create and respond to various sales-related documents and collateral.

Before RocketDocs, Chris served as the Chief Technology Officer at Outmatch from 2012 to 2021. Outmatch is a B2B SaaS company that focuses on recruitment scaling and personalized candidate and employee experiences.

From 2005 to 2012, Chris worked at Mercer in various roles. Chris started as the Director of Client Technology at Synhrgy HR Technologies, which later became Mercer Outsourcing. Chris then moved on to become an IT Leader for Small/Mid-Market Outsourcing and later a Global IT Strategy & Transformation Leader. Chris also held the position of Information Technology Leader in Health and Benefits at Mercer.

Prior to their tenure at Mercer, Chris worked at Raytheon as a Product Support Team Leader from 1998 to 2000 and at Texas Instruments as a Program Manager/Product Support Engineer and Process Engineer from 1995 to 1998.

Chris Gardner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, where they attended from 1990 to 1995.
