Amanda Vaculik has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amanda began their career as a Tour Guide and Recruiter at Hardin-Simmons University from 2003 to 2007. Amanda then worked as an HR Generalist at Stream Global Services in 2007. Amanda then transitioned into a role as an Account Manager at Aerotek from 2007 to 2009, where they developed new partnerships, managed existing client relationships, and negotiated client agreements and candidate offers. In 2010, they worked as a Contract Recruiting Coordinator at Encana Corporation, where they coordinated candidate interviews, managed travel arrangements, and assisted with various administrative projects. Amanda also worked as an Account Analyst II at Fidelity Investments in 2010, where they served as a liaison between custodian banks, traders, agents, and brokers, reviewed legal contracts, and reconciled share breaks. Amanda then worked as a Corporate Recruiter at RealPage, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they joined Heartland IT Consulting as a Corporate Recruiter and Permanent Placement Manager from 2012 to 2014, where they grew the internal team, implemented a permanent placement division, created processes and procedures, trained the team, and managed the permanent placement recruiter. Amanda then worked as a Consultant at Contract Consulting from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Geoforce as a Talent Acquisition Manager since August 2020 and as a Customer Success Manager since January 2023.

Amanda Vaculik attended Gunter High School from 1999 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree or have a field of study during that time. Later on, they studied at Hardin-Simmons University from 2003 to 2007, earning a B.B.S degree in Speech Communication and Psychology.
